Cooking holiday in Spain – the Andalusian Olive Country
You will stay in a restored farmhouse, a true Andalusian gem surrounded by breathtaking views. Your cooking lessons are from a high caliber professional chef, Clive, who will teach you how to prepare and cook authentic Andalusian dishes; you will explore the Moorish flavours that influence their style of cuisine. Most of the produce is picked from their own garden. The lessons are very hands-on and informative but also casual and fun.

During your cooking holiday you will also visit attractions such as palaces, national monuments, and architecture and will learn about the culture and history of Andalusia. The tour includes an olive oil tasting and a vineyard tour with a tasting of sherry wine. When you’re not touring or cooking, why not relax by the pool?

Cooking Holiday in France – Loire Valley - A Culinary Adventure at Le Calabash Cooking School

Choose between staying in a charming chateau or a lovely relais during this special getaway to the Loire Valley, a region known for both its chateaux and goat cheeses. Your hosts for the week are the wonderful husband and wife team of Chefs Sidney and Alison, who have competed at an international level and won many awards.

In their professional farmhouse kitchen, you'll develop your culinary skills in both a supportive and practical environment. You'll learn how to make classic French cuisine with a twist, and Chef Alison will share with you many wonderful desserts.

This vacation offers a number of different itineraries, but all have one thing in common: you'll be taking part in an amazing cooking adventure.

Cooking Holiday in Italy - The Heart of Chianti, Tuscany

Staying in a peaceful and blissful getaway in the heart of the Chianti countryside. Chef Luca is a native Tuscan and will teach you his purist style of cooking where ingredients speak for themselves.

Your cooking lessons will be hands on and will focus on pasta and sauces, Tuscan appetisers, main courses and seasonal side dishes. During your cookery holiday you will also enjoy a wine cellar tour and tasting, a visit to the local butcher and outdoor market for fresh ingredients. This property is located near Siena and Florence and visits can be included. When you’re not cooking, tasting or visiting, just relax by the pool and soak up the spectacular surroundings.
