Pendine Outdoors is a large, very well established multi activity residential centre specialising in school and youth groups, cubs, scouts and expeditions as well as corporate team building. Whether you’re looking for a residential week or an activity day we can provide a bespoke programme to suit you.

Our 4 acre site is within 5 minutes walk of the award winning blue flag beach, Pendine Sands in South Wales. Our location provides the perfect playground for a great range of land and water based sports. We use the sea and estuary for watersports and our site has a climbing tower, zip line, ropes course and archery hall as well as woodland for activities such as orienteering.

School Residential Activity Trips

We have developed our activity programs to keep in line with National Curriculum requirements as well as listening to clients wishes and feedback for many years. A bespoke program combining adventure activities and field study work will be put together according to your group and requirements.

A typical residential activity week would include full board accommodation for up to 150 with activities chosen from Climbing, Abseiling, High & Low ropes courses, Surfing, Canoeing, Orienteering, Mud stream walk (Xtreme stream!), Orienteering, Archery, Zip wire, Team building games, Nature trek, Roundhouse fire building skills and storytelling (with marshmallows & popcorn!).

Activity Day Courses for Schools and Youth Groups

Taster activity day courses are excellent for schools and youth groups, giving children the opportunity to try new activities.

Team Building Corporate Days
Whether you are looking for a corporate day out with adventures and entertainment or a team building day with challenges adapted to leadership and working together, we can design a program to suit you. Corporate team building days can include coasteering and gorge walking as well as team building exercises, such as orienteering, high ropes and climbing on site.

Residential Accommodation and camping in Wales
We have a bed capacity of 150 in our bunkhouse and twin rooms, providing excellent dormitory style accommodation with catered and self-catered options. This is ideal for both schools and youth groups as well as for adult groups. We also have a large caravan and camping area and 4 acres of green site.
