What makes the Manor House so unique is the amount indoor and outdoor activities that are organised. You can do as little or as much as you like during your stay. Our hotels have a wide variety of facilities available and an excellent Craft Centre running a variety of courses throughout the week.

Family Holidays

There is plenty going on for the whole family to get involved with. During the school holidays we run a kids club where your children can learn new sports and crafts whilst parents can relax and enjoy our excellent facilities. We also have fantastic family facilities including our 3 level adventure play area, pedal karts and water slides!

School Groups

We can arrange holidays specifically for schools full of both indoor and outdoor sports and activities as well as a variety of crafts. We tailor make each package individually to suit your school group.

A stay at the manor house hotel is a great way to meet likeminded people and enjoy a full range of activities and crafts with others. Whether its a round of golf, a game of tennis or a relaxing therapy treatment, there is something for everyone.

Located in the foothills of Dartmoor in West Devon with 600 acres of beautiful countryside you can also enjoy the many off-site activities such as guided walks, fishing, rocking climbing and horse riding.

Arts and Crafts Centre

Since opening our craft centre has been incredibly popular with our guests. We run 17 different tutored arts and craft courses throughout the week giving you the opportunity to learn new skills in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. These courses are suitable for all ages and abilities.

Painting and Sketching – Choose from a range of subjects including portrait and still life, watercolour or landscaping.

Other crafts include: Pottery, Candle Making, Card Making, T-shirt Painting, Woodwork, Hot Press Printing and much more.
