Description

We are a Brixham-based company that run and operate three gaff rigged vessels, built between 1892 and 1924.

Hop on board to explore the oceans, find quiet and secluded coves, and stop off in harbours which have been welcoming sailors for centuries.

Everything on our unique fleet of historic vessels is done the traditional way, and sailing the boats is a team effort. However, how much or how little you do is entirely up to you.

Meet like-minded people

Strangers on the first day, friends before you know it. For people with a sense of adventure, this is a friendly and rewarding way of getting away from it all.

Our cooks produce delicious meals made from the best ingredients. Sail into an anchorage and enjoy a relaxing drink while the evening meal is prepared in the galley.

Most cruises have no fixed itinerary. Each evening we decide on a destination for the following day.

We sail to where you would like to go, subject only to any restrictions imposed by the weather. We favour the more secluded or interesting anchorages and harbours and there is plenty of time to explore ashore and enjoy the atmosphere of the places we visit.

Sailing Holidays in the UK and abroad

There is a wide selection of cruises starting and finishing in our home port of Brixham, available throughout the season.

These cruises cover the Channel Islands, Brittany, and/or the south coasts of Devon and Cornwall.

Whether we head South across the Channel or west across the coast depends on the weather and the wishes of those on board. Please see our website for dates and prices.

For spectacular scenery the west coast of Scotland is hard to beat, and Leader, our flagship vessel, will be completing four voyages in and around the Hebrides during August and September this year.

Short Breaks and Weekends Sailing

Our short sailing holidays and weekend cruises are a perfect escape for those wanting to get out on the water. These two-night trips on the south west coast of Devon and Cornwall are fun, adventurous and relaxing and suitable for everyone.

Who is suitable for these Sailing Holidays?

Our sailing holidays run from March to October and are suitable for all sailing abilities, from beginners through to the more experienced. Most people book by the berth and come on their own, or with partners, family or friends. But it is also possible to make up your own group and charter the entire vessel.
