Bach Ventures are located 5 minutes drive from Snowdon Ranger footpath in the Gwyrfai Valley and is ideally located to provide you with great activities and courses. We cater for everyone, choose what activities you want to do and we'll put a day or a stay together for your group.

Adventure Days and Breaks

We run fun adventure days offering you the chance to enjoy some great activities, such as coasteering, sea level traversing, kayaking, climbing and abseiling.

Courses

We run a selection of courses for climbing and kayaking and Duke of Edinburgh, including courses for beginners, improvers and explorer courses.

Schools and Youth Groups - Licensed AALA, Bach Ventures have been providing outdoor education trips for schools and youth groups all over the UK for years and provide a fun activity programme to challenge children both physically and mentally.

Corporate Days Out - activity days are great for corporate groups looking for a day out, to help with team building, cooperation, leadership and more. Do something differeint for your company event, combine the fun, challenge and excitement.

Families - whether you are on holiday nearby or are looking to come and stay, spend a day with us or several and have a full action packed programme that all the family can enjoy together, sending you home with memories to last a life time.

Stag and Hen Parties - enjoy the thrills and excitement of coasteering and the challenge of climbing with your closest pals with an action packed weekend.

Accommodation

5 minute drive from Snowdon, 10 minute walk from the pub. Choose from our camping facilities at £5 pp/night or our converted self-catered barn sleeping 16 people at £10 per night each. It is simple and comfortable and is ideal for groups looking for accommodation during their activity weekend or holiday break.

Duke of Edinburgh

Bach Ventures provides training and assessment for Duke of Edinburgh Awards. We are an approved activity centre and put together great courses covering all aspects of your expedition, whether Bronze, Silver or Gold. This includes navigation, camp craft, equipment and planning food etc. We can train and assess expeditions hiking and kayak / canoeing.
