Wine friends provide fantastic mountain walking weekends throughout the year to Wales, the Lake District and many other UK locations. The aim of our weekends is to combine the mountain fresh air with fine wine and friends.

Our unique walking and wine weekends are a great way for people to meet new and like-minded friends and is ideal for individuals looking for walking holidays. A weekend away with Wine Friends is a great adventure where you will meet new life-long friends.

Walking and Wine Weekends

Weekends include a guided walk on Saturday, Sunday and Monday (optional) with different routes to suit abilities. In the evenings our host and chef provides a 4 course meal and everyone shares their common love of fine wine where we sample a number of different types, chosen by our expert chef.

Our 3 day events include:

3 nights full board accommodation
Hearty breakfast
Optional 3 days of mountain walking – additional activities can also be arranged (i.e. canyoning, kayaking)
Packed lunch for the mountains
4 course evening meal with a selection of wines
Evening entertainment

Tailored Group Weekends – Hen parties, birthday celebrations

Are you planning a weekend away with friends? We can organise guided walks, arrange treasure hunts and orienteering challenges, activities such as canyoning and canoeing, provide evening entertainment such as quiz nights and provide the accommodation, fine dining and wine to top it all off. We tailor the weekends to suit your group
